Description : Zahn Cups provide Viscosity data are useful in the determination of the ease of stirring, pumping, dip coating or other flow related properties of paints,inks, varnishes and syrups . It is made from Stainless Steel and the orifice diameters are precisely manufactured using the modern machinery.
Each Cup has a 12 inch loop handle to allow the cup to be dipped by hand into the liquid container. The Volume of cup is approximately 44 ml. At the center of this handle is a finger-ring for holding the cup in a vertical position during use. The Orifice diameters are set at the factory for accurate results using the standard Newtonian oils.

Procedure for use :
The Flowtime in seconds is converted into Kinematic Viscosities by the following formula :
V = K (t-c)
Where,
V = Kinematic Viscosity, Cst
t = Efflux time,t in sec
c = appropriate constants
